The outer surface has lost its shape and shows rubbing, while the shoulder strap shows rubbing and scratches. The fittings show scratches and slight paint loss. The interior shows rubbing, powder residue and areas where the material has peeled off. Corners are worn from rubbing and the bag has a noticeable storage odor.
