Authenticity & Warranty
All of the merchandise we sell is guaranteed to be 100% authentic, brand new and of first quality.
We acquire our inventory directly from the brands or their authorized dealers only. Everything we sell still has its original tags and comes complete with any accompanying authenticity cards, dust covers, etc. In addition, the serial numbers on all of our products are fully verifiable with the manufacturers.
The majority of what we sell is either past-season, closeout or overstock, which is why, in many cases, we are are able to offer such substantial savings.
We welcome you to take our merchandise to its respective brand store or authorized dealer near you to verify the authenticity.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Lux Lair is proud to offer a one-year limited warranty on all of our handbags, backpacks and wallets. This warranty is good for a one (1) year period, effective from the date you receive the product, as indicated by the shipping tracking number. Lux Lair's one-year limited warranty warrants your product against all defects in materials and workmanship only. This warranty neither covers damage incurred from normal wear and tear nor damage resulting from obvious misuse. Products covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, free of charge. This warranty is only valid for the original purchasing party, as indicated by either the billing or shipping address on the order, and cannot be transferred if the product has been resold, given away, etc.
To file a claim, contact our warranty claims department via email (email@example.com) or phone (1-800-701-2041). Please provide either your order number and/or the first and last name by whom the order was placed, along with a brief description of the issue and photos. If your claim is approved, you will be issued a RMA code. Send your product along with the accompanying RMA code to:
