We want you to feel completely confident shopping with LUX LAIR. Our policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and seamless:
United States Orders
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Full refund issued to the original payment method (any original shipping fees are non-refundable)
- A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed after your request is submitted through our online return portal
International Orders
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Full refund issued to the original payment method (any original shipping fees or duties/taxes paid are non-refundable)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a trackable carrier
Condition Requirements
All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
New Items
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
- Items must remain unused and unaltered
- Must include all original packaging and accessories (e.g., dust bag, authenticity cards, straps, boxes)
Pre-Owned Items
- Must be returned in the exact condition received
- Any included authenticity, security, or brand tags must remain attached
We reserve the right to refuse a return if items show wear, damage, missing components, or removed tags.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, when inventory is available.
- Select your exchange request in the online return portal.
- We will confirm availability and hold the replacement size.
- Once we receive the original item, the exchange ships at no additional cost (U.S. orders).
If the desired size is not available, the return will be processed as a refund.
Holiday Returns
New items purchased between Nov 15 – Dec 15, 2025 may be returned through January 15th, 2026.
Refund Timing
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 48–72 hours. Funds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to Start Your Return
1. Start Your Request in Our Online Return Portal
Use the button at the top of this page to begin your return or exchange. You’ll need your order number and either the email address or phone number used at checkout.
2. Send Your Item Back
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid U.S. return shipping label. Attach the label and drop the package at any U.S. Post Office or hand it to your mail carrier.
3. Receive Your Refund or Exchange Promptly
Your refund or exchange will be processed within 48 business hours after your item is received.
Refund confirmations are sent via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to reflect.
Exchanges ship within 48 hours with a new tracking number emailed to you.
