We know returns can be a hassle—so we’ve made it easy.
If you don't love your purchase from LUX LAIR—for any reason—simply return it using our free return shipping label* within 30 days for a full refund, less any initial shipping charges. You may also return your item for an exchange or store credit, if you'd like.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags, authenticity cards, dust covers, packaging, and protective tapes intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or returned to you at our discretion.
Returns must be mailed back within 30 days of an approved return request to remain valid.
*Free return shipping labels are provided on US orders only.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Submit a Return or Exchange Request
Click the "Start a Return" button below to begin. You’ll need your order number (found in your confirmation email) and either the email address or phone number associated with the order.
If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a return, you will be able to select that option in the portal.
2. Print Your Free Return Label & Ship Your Item(s)
After submitting your return request, you’ll be able to print a free U.S. return shipping label. Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any U.S. Post Office or hand it to your mail carrier.
For international returns, once your request is approved, you may return the item using the carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend selecting a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
3. Get Your Refund or Exchange Fast
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 48 business hours.
Refunds are credited to your original payment method and confirmed via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges are shipped within 48 hours, and you’ll receive a new tracking number via email once shipped.
